It’s the Potter Puppet Pals in The Mysterious Ticking Noise (my favorite out of all the PPP videos)!!!

Potter Puppet Pals is Neil Cicierega and his friends/family acting out the characters from the Harry Potter series using puppets. It’s so entertaining and cute!!
